TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
The Provider – MCH Photo Booths The Customer – The person booking MCH Photo Booths for their event.
The following contract and its terms will set forth an agreement between the provider and the customer for the hire of the photo booth. This written contract sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties.
SERVICE PERIOD
MCH Photo Booths agrees to have the Photo Booth operational for a minimum of 85% during this period; occasionally, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the Photo Booth.
PAYMENT
A Non-Refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. The full Photo Booth Payment is due at least 21 days prior to your event. If the operator has been asked to use the equipment for a time period in excess of the service period agreed, An Overtime fee will be charged.
ACCESS, SPACE & POWER FOR PHOTO BOOTH
At least 4m Long x 3m Wide x 2.3m High (Measurements include space for Photo Booth but may require additional space for Table and queuing space) Customer is responsible for providing a 13amp wall power socket for the Photo Booth. Customer will need to inform MCH Photo Booths if any steps will be in contact.
Customer will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at the event’s venue,
CANCELLATIONS
21 Days before the event – Full booking fee must be paid.
21+ Days before the event – Customer must still pay half the amount of the total booking fee.
If for any reason (i.e. sickness, accident, car breakdown, equipment failure) we are unable to provide you with a functioning Photo Booth, our liability will be limited to the refunding of all monies paid.
DAMAGE TO PROVIDER’S EQUIPMENT
A) Any misuse of the Provider’s Equipment by Customer or its guests,
or
B) Any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire or flood).
Customer acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s Equipment caused by:
HEALTH & SAFETY
MCH Photo Booths cannot be held responsible of injuries sustained whilst using our Photo Booths. We reserve the right to finish a booking early if members of the event party are abusive to a member of staff or conflict in any crime against MCH Photo Booths.

Any Private/Personal Information Entered or given via the site will not be shared with any other Company or Site without Full written permission from the Customer.
Any Event Photo’s Uploaded may be taken off the site by Emailing - admin@mchphotobooths.co.uk and a link to the Photo(s).
A booking will only be confirmed after the Customer has fully Read, Understood and Accepted these Terms & Conditions.
We Reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
